Prerequisites

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold at least a PPL(A) issued by EASA/FAA/ICAO
  • Show evidence of an English language proficiency assessment equivalent to at least ICAO Level 4

No, you can sit the exams in any EASA member state. OFA will assist with registration in other member states

Is the classroom instruction a "must"?

Yes, according to EASA regulations, a certain portion of the CPL(H) course must be conducted by an instructor in a classroom setting.

Do I need to have my PPL before signing up for the course?

Yes, an EASA or ICAO/FAA PPL (H) is a prerequisite prior to enrolling into the course.
